River Falls Youth Hockey Association

After defeating the hometown Moorhead Spuds 3-1 in a thrilling game in which we were outshot 42-14 and an amazing performance by Goaltender Kalli Armagost, the U14A BlackCats went on to defeat a fired up Owatonna team 5-3 that had just dispatched a strong Bismark, ND team in overtime.  The BlackCats came up on the short end of a 3-0 battle in the Championship against  Powerhouse and Minnesota's  #2 ranked Warroad.  We were again outshot but had many good chances and their goaltending was excellent , as was ours.  What a great weekend of hockey and learning for our team.
